    What Is Teeth Whitening?

Teeth whitening is a procedure that restores yellowed or discolored teeth to a cleaner, brighter shade, helping you regain confidence in your smile.

Tooth Shade Check List

Tooth shade is classified into 16 levels from A1 to D4. Shades closer to B1 are considered brighter natural shades,
while shades closer to C4 are darker.
The average tooth shade in people in their 20s to 30s is about A2,
and shades from A3 are considered relatively dark.

Post-Whitening Precautions

After teeth whitening, temporary sensitivity may occur. In severe cases, a rest period may be taken during the whitening process, and symptoms usually improve over time. Please avoid foods and drinks that are too hot or too cold.

Because the whitening effect may appear at different speeds on different tooth surfaces, temporary white spots may appear.

Avoiding easily staining foods and smoking can help maintain the whitening effect.

Scaling and maintenance whitening every 6 months can help maintain bright and clean teeth.

The results of teeth whitening may vary from patient to patient. This is because the physical and chemical structure of each tooth differs, and the cause of discoloration may also vary.
